- An old nursery had to be demolished before any building could take place on these six 4 bed houses adjacent to a busy road north of the city centre. The houses are traditionally built, and although the site is small, Allan Joyce Architects successfully negotiated a permission with the Local Authority to build six houses instead of the preferred five.
