Springfield House : a remodelled 1960's house |

- Situated in rural Nottinghamshire, Springfield House occupied a beautiful site with views of the church tower in the distance. Built in the 1960's, the house had single glazing, poor render, a shallow pitch roof and an outdated interior. AJA were commissioned to completely overhaul the house and update it and designed a new glazed link between the existing garage block and house to house the dining room and new staircase. Architect Clive Hewitt specified new windows and render and the house has undergone a complete transformation both inside and out.
