- Budget : £850,000
- The new 2 storey Children's Centre and refurbished single storey Foundation Unit is a contemporary design which faces the street with a covered corner entrance ramp with rooms arranged off a central internal street.
- The Centre is a timber frame construction, highly insulated with heat recovery system throughout to reduce energy use. The roof is clad in Falzinc and elevations are in blue brick and Larch.
- Work commenced in September 2007 and was completed in June 2008.
