- The site for the nine units in West Bridgford was a derelict builders' yard adjoining an existing Longhurst Housing Association sheltered housing scheme. The practice agreed with the Association that they would purchase and build the bungalows which would then come under the wing of the Association once they had been sold and occupied.
- Eight of the units are brand new bungalows and the ninth is a converted small barn which was left on the site at the request of the Planning Authority. All the dwellings are highly insulated with efficient combi condensing boilers and were quickly sold on once completed. The care which the new owners have bestowed upon their surroundings is evidence that they are very happy with their new homes.
