Removal of modern works to this building made in approximately the 1950s, which were in a poor condition and out of proportion with the house.

Allan Joyce Architects replaced with more sensitive stone bays with better proportion and details to match the features of the house.  This included traditional sash windows with half height doors to access the southern terrace and bespoke cast iron balustrade.

Internal renovation included replacement of modern flooring with stone and oak flooring including underfloor heating and additional insulation.

The project was completed in July 2008.
